La Maielletta provides an online spa, treatments and massage booking service.

Limitation of Liability

The Owner will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the services or content of the website.

User Account and Content Restrictions

Users are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the Site or Service any unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or violate any local, state, national, or international law.

Order, prices, payment methods and cancellation

Buyers must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Our services are not available in jurisdictions where they are prohibited by law.

After placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation email with details of the products ordered and the total cost. La Maielletta reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time, in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

In caso di cancellazione:

  • Entro 48 ore dalla prenotazione è possibile richiedere un rimborso
  • Entro 24 ore dalla prenotazione possiamo riprogrammare l’appuntamento, ma non è possibile richiedere un rimborso
  • Meno di 24 ore dalla prenotazione non è possibile ottenere un rimborso o uno spostamento della prenotazione


La richiesta di rimborso o spostamento della prenotazione deve avvenire per mezzo e-mail.

Nel caso in cui un ospite dovesse avere una prenotazione già riprogrammata e dovesse avere la necessità di disdire nuovamente, non sarà possibile effettuare un rimborso ma solo una nuova programmazione dell’appuntamento. Un appuntamento è possibile riprogrammarlo fino a due volte. Dopodiché non ci sarà più la possibilità di uno spostamento di data o di rimborso.
